What is disc golf?

Disc golf is like traditional golf but instead of clubs, balls and holes you use concave plastic discs (similar to a Frisbee) and targets. The goal is to get your disc from the tee area to the target (aka basket or hole) in as few throws as possible.

New to disc golf?

Disc golf is a great sport for beginners. All that is needed is a single disc, the majority of courses are free to play and the rules are relatively simple. Once you start to take it more seriously, you can increase the number of discs you to be prepared for all the fun situations you can get your self into. A great way to get involved is attend a league day at one of the many courses in Queensland and learn the rules and techniques from other players.
