Queensland Champs is coming up at Alexander Clark Park on 17 & 18 July! 

With the competition for places – limited by the course (we’ve increased ACP to 19 holes, so now 76 players!!) and time – we are going to a quota system, and adding another course for novice players for day 1 as follows: 

Saturday 17 July: 

• MA4 and FA4 play Logan Gardens course, 2 x 18 holes, shotgun start 8.30am 
• All other divisions Alexander Clark Park (ACP) course, 2 x 18 holes, shotgun start, 9.00am 

Sunday 18 July:

All players at ACP. Tee times commencing hole #1 at 8am for MA4 division. Tee times will be posted the night prior 

Registration & assigning of player spots will be as follows: 

1. Order of receipt of both registration and payment 

2. Division | quota | cost 

• MPO | 20 | $100/player
• MP40+ | 4 | $100/player
• FPO | 4 | $100/player
• MA1 | 16 | $70/player
• FA1 | 4 | $70/player
• MA2 | 12 | $70/player
• FA2 | 4 | $70/player
• MM40+ | 4 | $70/player
• MM50+ | 4 | $70/player
• MJ15 | 4 | $50/player
• MA4 | 28 | $70/player
• FA4 | 8 | $70/players

15 spots will be guaranteed for out-of-staters, and 5 spots for regional Queenslanders (Ballina brothers are defacto Queenslanders for the quotas – and most other DG things) 

If you miss the cut for a quota, you will be put on a waitlist for your division, or you can opt for a higher division earlier. 

Depending on take-up in divisions, quotas may alter after latest date for registrations, so get on your preferred waitlist 

Timeline: 

1. Registrations open 5pm Monday 24 May, 2021. Note: those that managed to pre-register before the portal was closed will need to provide extra information via emails 
2. Last date for registration – 15 June 2021. This is the last date for registration to ensure receiving a tournament shirt on the day. Late registrations/payments (eg waitlisted players) may get shirts later. Remaining out-of-state spots will be relegated after this date 
3. Final date for assigning waitlisted players – 7 July 2021. Players that do not make the lists will have their registration fee refunded in full. Player withdrawals after this date will only receive $30 refund
