In light of the unfolding Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the 2020 Yeronga Memorial tournament will be postponed until further notice.
If, as has occurred in other countries, the Queensland and/or Australian Governments put restrictions on non-essential public gatherings, the tournament will not be able to proceed on the current scheduled date. Depending on if and for how long these measures are in place, it may not be necessary to cancel the event completely.
As the situation unfolds, we will have a better understanding of what COVID-19 will mean for the 2020 Yeronga Memorial tournament and other upcoming disc golf events in Queensland. So just to reiterate, as it stands, the event is postponed until further notice.
As things develop, we will keep you informed, so please keep an eye on the QDG website for updates.

Keep up to date with Australian Government’s COVID-19 advice and help flatten the curve with measures such as social distancing and good hand hygiene so that we can protect those most at risk to the disease.
