QDG are looking to gather some information from people playing disc golf in Queensland to help inform growing the sport in our region.

We would appreciate it if you could visit the survey website and give us your feedback. Responses are anonymous and the survey should take less than 5 minutes. Topics cover how often you play, where you play, as well as your participation in league days and tournaments.
