On Wednesday 28 August 2019, almost exactly a month after he was crowned World Champ, Bruce was on 612 ABC Brisbane to discuss his World Championship and spread the word of disc golf.

He had the ABC presenter, Katherine Feeney, absolutely enthralled in his story and the story of disc golf in Brisbane. Even the traffic guy, Brad Hunter, claimed that he had to try the disc golf!

Bruce also did a great job of highlighting the value of the courses around Brisbane, which were his training grounds for achieving his World Championship.

What an ambassador for the sport! We are privileged to have him as part of the Brisbane, Queensland and Australian Disc Golf communities.
